This is a simple tantra exercise practice that
can develop closer tantra love and
lead you on to more tantric practices. Its a free
tantra exercise!
I know most of you reading this
exercise will just not do this practice
as it takes a
lot of guts to try new
sexual practices.
However, if we pass through our fear of the unknown I
feel we grow.
First, Put on some loud sexual music for
this tantra exercise. Sit
cross-legged and hold hands both crossing
your forearms in front of you.
First set an intent which is to open to
your partners energy an d allow it to
enter you.
On your in-breath, look into
your partners eyes and imaging his or her
energy entering you. Ask your partner to
express his or her sexual energy with
their voice and breath in that energy on
your in breath. If this is strange ask
them to say aahhh on the out breath with
the hhh coming deep from the belly. Let
out your energy with your voice on your
out breath so your partner can do the
same. Look into your partners eyes.
The
man can feel or imaging the energy coming
from their partner and entering the base chakra. The women can feel or imaging the
energy entering her breast area. Continue
on for 30 minutes or longer
remembering to make full deep belly
breathing during this free tantra exercise practice.
The keys is to take at least 30
minutes for the energy to develop and to
take deep breaths and to also open your
throat and let out the sounds! Open up
yourself for your partners energy to
enter you and really let go.
The man follows the women's breath
pattern in this tantra
exercise as she is the goddess who I
believe can have the ability to generate
much more sexual energy than men. Men,
how often have you had a 2 hour orgasm?
Some women can.
The first time I did this exercise a
lot of emotion came up and I cried and
cried. My hands and arms felt a lot of
energy tingling. Not bad for a man that
thinks he is not connected to his
emotions fully!
When you next make love try some of
the methods in the exercise during your
lovemaking. Hey, if you really get loud
in the energy remember to grab a
pillow and aaahhh into it to avoid
deafening your partner!
